As an independent control function and part of the firm's second line of defense, Compliance assesses the firm's compliance, regulatory and reputational risk; monitors for compliance with new or amended laws, rules and regulations; designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training; conducts independent testing; investigates, surveils and monitors for compliance risks and breaches; and leads the firm's responses to regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries. You'll be part of a team with members from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, such as law, accounting, sales, and trading. We look for those who possess sound judgment, curiosity, and are able to adapt to a changing regulatory landscape.YOUR IMPACTWe are searching for a highly motivated Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant with 5+ years Admin experience to support PMD, Chief Administrative Officer for GSBE and 2x MDs within EMEA Private Wealth Management Compliance and 2x MDs within EMEA Asset Management Compliance, along with their respective teams. Previous experience in supporting senior executives and managing complex diaries is therefore essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a busy and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to PMD, Chief Administrative Officer for GSBE, Private Wealth Management Compliance MDs and Asset Management Compliance MDs, along with their respective teams.
  • Maintaining extremely detailed calendars and prioritising meeting requests.
  • Coordinating internal meetings with senior leaders and high level stakeholders and forming good relationships with Executive Admins throughout the firm.
  • Coordinating internal and external Regulatory meetings throughout EMEA, either in person or via Zoom.
  • Book travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely fashion.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of firm policies to allow handling of certain issues independently.
  • Responsible for participating in additional administrative duties and taking on ad-hoc requests as required for the office of the Chief Administrative Officer.

  • Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritise and multi-task in a deadline / time-sensitive driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • 5+ years of Admin Assistant experience.
