You will deliver patient care and support within hospitals and their own homes
You will receive training to deliver a best in class Parkinson's therapy service to patients in the first stages of the treatment as well as giving the patient outstanding after care
You will carry out pre-assessments in the community with patients to determine whether this is the best choice for them
You will liaise with local hospitals to arrange the therapy, acting as support to patients in their first stages of treatment in the hospital
You will titrate and ensure the patients are receiving the correct dosage before they can be discharged
You will be the 'go to' person for any questions in regards to the therapy for the Nurses and Doctors within the hospital
You will carry out timely check-ups with the patients in their home to ensure they are comfortable with the ongoing treatment and support them with any advice and questions

Your skills and experience…

Registered Nurse with clinical experience
Be able to stay away from home during the week occasionally to meet service needs
Passionate about high quality patient care
Possess a full driving license and have a strong willingness to travel across the country
