They’re on the lookout for a committed and creative teacher who can bring calm, structure, and inspiration into the classroom.What You’ll Be DoingTeaching across KS3 and KS4 with tailored, accessible lessonsCreating a safe, structured environment that supports emotional wellbeingUsing de-escalation strategies and trauma-informed practiceWorking closely with a skilled SEN team, parents, and outside agenciesCelebrating every win—big or small—because progress looks different for every pupilWhat We’re Looking ForUK QTS (or equivalent) and experience in mainstream or specialist settingsA resilient, positive approach and strong behaviour management skillsExperience supporting pupils with SEMH needs (PRU or alternative provision experience a plus)Thrive trained?
