Job DescriptionTHE FIRMAn expanding City law firm.THE ROLEA new opportunity for a 2-5pqe Lawyer to join the Intellectual Property departmentAs one of the leading intellectual property law practices in the UK, the team provides a comprehensive range of IP services and advice, covering disputes, infringement, registration and strategy, commercialisathion, and IP training.If you have in-depth knowledge of contentious and non-contentious IP matters and are looking to join a growing team in a supportive environment, this role may be for you.ABOUT YOUA Solicitor with 2pqe plus you will be looking for a full time position where hybrid working options are available.Your experience will have been gained in a recognised IP specialist firm or department.You should have:An in-depth knowledge of UK and EU trademark law, design right law, patent law, copyright law, and breach of confidence as well as all legal principles, theories and court procedures in relation to both soft and hard IP litigation.Experience acting in cases at all levels of courts in England & Wales and at the UKIPO.Non-contentious IP experience, such as advising on and filing trademark and design right applications, and drafting IP assignments/licences, is desired but not mandatory.A generous salary and benefits package await.Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
