  • You need to have the Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
  • Youd be suited to this role if you have experience in working within a primary or community care setting
  • Youll need experience of caring for patients with bladder, bowel and continence issues
  • IT skills are important, youll need to be able to use our clinical system (with training)
  • Its important that you can work well as part of a team, being supportive of each other, as well as independently
  • Due to the nature of the work, youll need access to regular transport in order to travel around the county.
