- You need to have the Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
- Youd be suited to this role if you have experience in working within a primary or community care setting
- Youll need experience of caring for patients with bladder, bowel and continence issues
- IT skills are important, youll need to be able to use our clinical system (with training)
- Its important that you can work well as part of a team, being supportive of each other, as well as independently
- Due to the nature of the work, youll need access to regular transport in order to travel around the county.
- Empathetic, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care?
- Experienced in bladder, bowel or stoma care or willing to undertake the required training?
- Eager to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to developing an innovative, patient-focused service?
- NMC Registered?
