- Experience working in a residential care setting at a managerial level, including supervising staff and knowledge of managing residential children’s homes.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Commitment to undertake the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), to be completed within 15 months of your start date.
