  • You will lead driver onboarding including inductions, training delivery, and task observation
  • Coach and develop the Full-Time Driver Trainer team to ensure consistently high standards
  • Further, you will own and maintain all operational training materials and the matrix while driving compliant behaviors
  • Design diverse and engaging training programs to suit all learning styles across operational roles
  • Govern SOPs and risk assessments with structured reviews and ensure version control compliance
  • Also, you monitor and enhance training impact and behavioral standards while supporting audit readiness
What makes you great
  • You're a strong communicator with experience coaching, supporting, and developing others
  • You will possess demonstrable experience in leading the design and governance of structured training programmes in operational or safety-critical environments
  • Additionally, you can demonstrate experience within managing SOPs, risk assessments, and supporting audits
  • You bring practical knowledge of operational safety; NEBOSH and ADR certification is an advantage, however training can be provided
  • You have a wealth of experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
