Multitrade Person – Full Time (Temporary)
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday
Rate: £20.00 per hour (CIS)
Duration: 2–3 weeks
Sector: Student Accommodation – MaintenanceWe are seeking an experienced Multitrade Person to support our client, a leading provider of student accommodation in Glasgow. This is a hands-on role carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure properties are fully prepared and maintained ahead of new tenant arrivals.Multitrade Person Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general building repairs, including plumbing, joinery, painting, and minor electrics, in both occupied and void rooms
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed to health & safety standards
  • Respond quickly and effectively to urgent maintenance issues
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and fix issues efficiently
  • Work independently with confidence and reliability
Multitrade Person Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance, multitrade, or handyman roles (experience in Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, property management, or hospitality is an advantage)
  • Strong practical skills across multiple trades
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and available to start immediately
