Salary: Competitive, based on experienceProspero Teaching is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to join a supportive and inclusive school environment starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with behavioural, social, and emotional needs.As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to provide consistent and tailored support to students who may be struggling with their behaviour. Your role will be vital in helping students remain engaged in their learning, manage their emotions effectively, and build confidence and resilience.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with behavioural needs
Help implement behaviour management strategies and support plans
Assist with classroom activities and promote a positive learning environment
Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
Work collaboratively with staff and parents/carers to ensure consistent support
Requirements:Experience working with children or young people with behavioural or emotional needs
A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
