- Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement.
- Generate new business opportunities within our existing partner base by planning outbound calls to customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes.
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition.
- Identifying project opportunities and engages with Business Development Managers if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required.
- Providing accurate and timely quotations.
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
- Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.

- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ideal candidates will have some previous sales experience.
