Key responsibilities include:Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and supportAssess clients’ financial circumstances to determine suitable mortgage products.
Liaise with lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
Prepare and submit detailed mortgage applications on behalf of clients.
Offer guidance on related protection products such as life and home insurance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Skills / Experience Required: For this Mortgage Advisor role, our client is looking for proven experience as a CeMAP Qualified Mortgage Advisor, preferably within an estate agency setting and a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion.Additional Information: The salary for this Mortgage Advisor role is £25,000 – £30,000 with realistic Year 1 OTE of £45,000 - £50,000 plus free car parking (permit provided). There is the flex to WFH 1 day per week and you may possibly need to work 1 Saturday per month, although this is open to discussion.
