- Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information about energy contracts and address any client concerns
- Efficiently resolve customer issues to enhance their experience with our services
- Keep accurate records of customer communications and update client information
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric outlook
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer literacy is advantageous
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
- Base salary £25,000 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
