They are now seeking a confident and organised Jewellery Administrator to join their office-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong administrative ability with a good understanding of fine jewellery and a polished, professional manner.Key Responsibilities:Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriatelyResponding to client emails and supporting front-of-house service when requiredInputting and managing data within internal systems and CRM platformsUpdating stock and sales records with high levels of accuracySupporting the sales and workshop teams with administrative and after-sales tasksGeneral office administration including filing, printing, and documentationCandidate Requirements:Previous experience in an administrative or luxury retail support roleGood understanding of fine jewellery, including product terminology and materialsStrong computer literacy, including confidence with Excel and CRM systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitudeProfessional, polished demeanour suitable for a high-end luxury environmentAdditional Details:Office-based in ManchesterMonday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pmCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for long-term development within a prestigious brand
