This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the yard team, reporting directly to the Depot Manager.What you'll do:Supervise and motivate the yard teamOversee vehicle and equipment movement within the yardEnsure health & safety standards are metReport directly to the Depot ManagerWhat we need:Previous supervisory/team leader experience (yard/warehouse/logistics)Full UK driving licence (essential)Must be 21+ (insurance purposes)Reliable, organised, and able to work outdoors in all weatherWhat's on offer:From £13+ per hourOvertime availableTemp-to-perm with career progressionMonday-Friday, usually 8am starts (sometimes as early as 6am)Location: Bridgwater
