Our client, a façade specialist, is seeking an experienced Estimator with a proven track record in cladding projects to join their team.You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for a range of projects, including private residences, schools, and hospitals.Key Responsibilities:*Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding works
*Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents
*Liaise with clients, architects, and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing
*Ensure estimates are competitive while maintaining profitability
*Support the project team through to completionRequirements:*Proven experience as an Estimator within the cladding industry is essential
*Experience across both private and public sector projects (residential, education, healthcare)
*Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and installation methods
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
