As a Mortgage Advisor you will be a key part of the team delivering this and will make an impact by;Championing and maintaining good customer outcomesKeep up-to-date with mortgage deals, products, technical or legislative changes within the marketplaceCompliance in all its forms; both internal and external regulationNetworking to build relationships and your customer baseMaintaining excellent recordsAchieving your targets and KPI’sIn return we can do all we can to ensure you are able to maintain your continuing professional development and competent advisor status. We will also offer career development opportunities for fully qualified and experienced mortgage advisers in our team.About youOur ideal candidate will be a natural networker, able to develop relationships with prospective clients based on trust and confidence. You will already be a qualified (Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification) Mortgage Adviser and have achieved Competent Advisor Status in a previous role.This is a small team, with ambitions for growth, so the ability to work together toward one vision will be essential, as well as the agility to respond to the changing needs of a growth business.You may not have 100% of these credentials, or you may be part-qualified, but don’t let this put you off - we want to hear from great candidates with the right motivations to succeed.Based in Risca, Newport, you will work four days per week in the office and receive a generous holiday allowance of 28 days, plus bank holidays.As part of the growth strategy, the Money Partnership has big plans for investing in their team, and becoming an employer of choice in the industry, and we are looking forward to bringing great people on that journey with us.This is a regulated industry, so successful applicants will be required to complete a standard DBS check, credit check, and full reference checks.
