We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our Retail - Nationals area, working with accounts such as Costco, QVC and GAME, overseeing the National accounts in terms of relationship development and sales growth.Experience within a sales role is essential for this role, alongside a proactive way of working and the ability to build relationships at all levels.Your Day-to-Day
  • Develop current accounts by agreeing joint business plans as well as developing and cultivating professional business relationships with decision makers within these accounts and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Work with the sales organisation to manage the complete sales cycle from initial meetings through to purchase order acceptance
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure business is achieved with one common goal and within the customers' boundaries
  • Conduct regular business reviews with relevant customers, vendors, business units and sales management to track performance, discuss any issues, develop strategic plans and take appropriate action where required, providing visit reports and meeting agendas to customers as well as internally
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct
