If you have experience of the maintenance and repair of HGV vehicles and equipment, you are the expert we are looking for!Due to continual growth Red Sky is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic to join a growing team of our client's state of the art Commercial HGV WorkshopWe are seeking a HGV Commercial Technician / Commercial Truck Technician with HGV Technician experience with a passion for diagnosing and repairing complex faults, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues ensuring compliance with legislation and safety regulations.Working our client, a highly established Automotive Commercial Truck Dealership Group are looking to recruit for a Commercial Technician / Commercial Truck Technician.Working Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00 Saturdays and Sundays paid as overtime.HGV Technician / HGV MechanicPerform maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles (HGVs)Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceRepair or replace faulty parts and componentsTest vehicles to ensure proper functionalityComplete service reports and maintain accurate recordsProvide excellent customer service and address client inquiriesHGV Technician / HGV Mechanic Skills requiredProven experience as an HGV Technician MechanicAt least 3-4 years recent expereince coupled with expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.Proficiency in software diagnosis and programming for commercial vehicles.Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of HGVsProficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment-must have own toolsAbility to interpret technical manuals and diagrams - Excellent problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work with precision.Effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenIf you are an experienced HGV Commercial Technician / Commercial Truck Technician looking to work for a company that rewards hard work and offers ongoing development please send your cv today
