Comprehensive knowledge of BSR Operating Standard Rules and KPIs.Comprehensive knowledge and evidenced experience of Building Technology and Surveying, including building construction, Fire Safety and Means of Escape, Structural engineering, Supervision of building work and dangerous structures.Practical application of the enforcement procedure under the Building Act 1984.
