
Digital Insight Analyst

- Build reports in Adobe Analytics, CJA, Quantum Metric that integrate behavioural data with commercial performance to support cross-channel optimisation.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of new features, functionality and A/B tests.
- Work closely with Mar Tech to ensure data layer quality and relevant tagging to support robust analysis.
- Present insights to stakeholders across Product, UX, Content, Marketing and CRM to drive insight-led change.
- Proven experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics for reporting and analysis.
- Skilled at building dashboards, segments, and custom metrics.
- Strong understanding of the digital customer journey and how to identify performance opportunities.
- Ability to translate data into business insight, with a focus on conversion, content engagement, and customer behaviour.
- Experienced in working with tagging and data layers to ensure high-quality data capture.
- Proven commitment to continuous professional development across digital experience, data engineering, or Martech disciplines
