- Support the teacher in general learning and student development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students.

- Reliability and a commitment to supporting students' progress.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and independently when required.
- Relevant certifications and training in SEN are an advantage, as well as experience working with SEN students.
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
- You must have legal right to work in the UK
- You must be willing to attend a registration interview
