- A strong background in Meetings & Events within a busy hotel or conference venue
- Proven experience in planning and delivering a wide range of events: corporate conferences, social banqueting, weddings and more
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- A hands-on team player with a proactive attitude and the ambition to progress to Head of Department level
- Sound understanding of event planning fundamentals, including logistics, client liaison, and operational delivery
