Wahl (UK) Limited is looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Network and Systems Technician for our local and broader global IT Team, supporting IT systems at our office in Ramsgate.This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week. 8 am-5 pm Monday to Friday. Some weekend work is required. This is an onsite position, and the candidate will be based at our offices in Manston, just outside Ramsgate.We are looking for someone who:

  • Can prioritise issues and requests.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Management of:
  • Servers
  • IT Security
  • Storage
  • Backups
  • Telephone systems
  • Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Responsibility for IT Policies and documentation.
  • Day-to-day management of IT projects.
  • Help Desk ticketing management.
Candidates must have experience with the following:
  • Desktop and server operating systems.
  • Azure and Microsoft 365 Management.
  • Microsoft Office Application (Particularly Excel)
