- Provide one-on-one mentoring sessions tailored to the unique needs of each child
- Assist with academic tasks, homework, and skill-building activities
- Act as a role model and mentor, promoting positive behavior and personal growth
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to support the child's development
- Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust and rapport with children
- Previous experience in mentoring, tutoring, or working with children is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field is a plus
