Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years Experience, Cumbria, To c£40,000 DOE + Benefits - A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a reputable team. REF: 0404
  • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Years PQE.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership transactions, and transfers of equity.
  • You will join a friendly and supportive team and receive ongoing training.
  • It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
  • Relevant training will be provided and career development opportunities will be available as you gain new skills.
