- Drive the annual Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) process for SGT in collaboration with the Head of PSM, gathering stakeholder input to develop and prioritise R&D proposals.
- Lead the annual Market Evaluation Process (MEP) with the Head of PSM, analysing regional product performance and recommending roadmap and business improvements.
- Oversee R&D budget allocation of ~€15M across SGT programs and projects, ensuring strategic alignment and financial efficiency.
- Partner with the Head of R&D PMO to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of SGT initiatives.
- Conduct annual competitiveness reviews to assess portfolio gaps and propose long-term strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with GS PRM New Technologies to identify and integrate relevant innovations that strengthen the SGT product line.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees (MSc, MBA, PhD) are a strong asset.
- proven experience in strategic, sales, project, or product management, ideally within gas turbines or the distributed energy market.
- Proactive self-starter with long-term vision, capable of driving initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
- Track record in Business Development and Product Growth initiatives, with a focus on innovation and market expansion.
