- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role. Leading by example is essential. “Plug and Play” profile (i.e. already existing client's network, HARRODS previous experiences, etc.) is indeed a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the luxury market.
- A deep passion for jewelry and high-jewelry and an appreciation for architectural design and contemporary art.
- Experience in client relationship management and a proven ability to connect with discerning customers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
