If you have the skills for the role then we would love to hear from you.We have full time and part time hours available.Main duties of the jobTo effectively manage and develop the nursing team within the Children's Ward and provide professional and clinical leadership in the delivery of high quality, safe, cost effective care to children, families and staff.To work with nurses and other identified team members (MDT) on a one to one/group basis and enhance clinical skills and practice across areas where children are cared for to develop and enhance clinical skills and practice.To deputize for the ward /unit manager to ensure appropriate senior cover at all times.About usWe are ESNEFT and we provide hospital and community health services to almost one million people across east Suffolk and north Essex.
