Müller is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our Fruit Process department at our Market Drayton site.This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our UK Manufacturing Operation, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards - efficiently and safely.What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate manufacturing machinery in line with procedures
  • Take a proactive approach to Health & Safety
  • Support the business in meeting statutory duties
  • Achieve line/plant targets and minimise waste
  • Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards
  • Perform basic routine maintenance (mechanical aptitude essential)
  • Identify and escalate quality concerns
  • Troubleshoot faults and take corrective action
  • Be flexible with work arrangements
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in production machinery and technical processing (ideally in food manufacturing)
  • Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety knowledge
  • Mechanical Handling Equipment experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude (essential)
  • Team player with good communication skills
