This multi-office West Midlands firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy department.You will have 2+ PQE and deal with a varied caseload including:
  • Buying and selling of commercial premises
  • Commercial leases and licences
  • Option agreements, overage agreements, and pre-emption agreements
  • Planning applications
  • Property finance
