  • Ensure and champion a safe working environment.
  • Manage the team including recruitment, development, appraisal, absence, discipline, etc.
  • Exercise financial and commercial controls in the management of expenditure and income within budget
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with our client to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure operational delivery is high quality and compliant with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • To meet all key performance and management indicators
  • To add value, increase productivity and identify and implement cost efficiencies.
A a Mechanical Contract Manager candidate you will be conducting a range of duties within a thriving and busy business. This role is ideally suited to a candidate that has been within a Plumbing or Building environment completing a range of duties. This particular position uses a range of internal systems therefore current knowledge on Electrical systems is a must! This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm, you will be rewarded with a strong basic salary as well as further additional benefits.
