We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a well-established Audi and VW specialist in Erdington. This role is key to delivering excellent customer service and acting as the link between customers and the workshop team.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring clients are fully informed and consulted on vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Liaise closely with technicians and workshop control to monitor vehicle status and ensure timely completion.
- Offer expert advice on Audi, Volkswagen, and related products and services.
- Build strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service experience, ideally within automotive or premium vehicle brands such as Audi and VW.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Kerridge or similar systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and grow; full training and support provided.
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
