What you will do: –
  • Support USC patient flow and contribute to the efficiency of rehabilitation services.
  • Participate in efforts to reduce hospital length of stay and support admission avoidance strategies.
  • Engage in inpatient medical care and urgent care pathways, ensuring high-quality physiotherapy services are delivered.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
