- Oversee all operational aspects of projects from inception to completion, including briefs, PPMs, scheduling, resource allocation, timeline estimation, cost tracking, post production and final delivery.
- Serve as the project lead, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams while managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Lead project-related meetings (kickoffs, status updates, internal reviews, etc.) to align stakeholders and ensure clear action plans.
- Analyze and refine project requirements, even in ambiguous situations, continuously optimizing processes and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure all produced assets comply with legal and contractual guidelines.
- Provide ongoing feedback to creative teams, helping prioritize tasks and maintain alignment with milestones and deadlines.
- Bring experience in managing and delivering high volumes of visual assets to external partners efficiently and effectively.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Producer, Production Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a production company, design studio, or in-house creative operations team.
- Proven expertise in campaign management for digital marketing across various platforms, including mobile, web, and social media.
- Extensive experience producing luxury and premium video content, with understanding in virtual production and optimizing post-production workflows for high-volume output.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and exceptionally organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback and input from cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of creative best practices and digital content development processes.
- Proven experience and understanding of creative processes and talent resourcing to effectively execute campaigns and events to the highest standard.
- Proficient in design tools and Digital Asset Management platforms, including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships across teams.
- Strong background in managing asset workflows, overseeing creative processes, and collaborating effectively with creative teams.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
