Branch Manager - Estate AgencyLocation: AmpthillBasic Salary – Competitive (dependent on experience)OTE: £60k+We are looking for a proactive, driven and successful Branch Manager to further develop our Ampthill Branch. This is an ideal opportunity for an excellent Manager to further their career with an award-winning Estate Agency.As a Branch Manager, you will need to:
  • Work to Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  • Maximise revenues and profitability
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous estate agency manager/valuing experience
  • Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be highly organised
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Conduct effective staff 1-2-1s and development plans
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence.
