We are on an exciting growth journey to become the UK’s most loved retirement expert.PurposeThe Pension Services Support role, sits within the Defined Benefits team, and is focused on supporting our Pension and Payroll administrative services through diligent management of our mailboxes and member request logs. These are key activities and this role is of critical importance to the success of the operational area.The role also carries out key activities around gathering information, data downloads, mortality and sanction screening as well as interacting with other areas of the wider DB Team by providing key information and assisting with administrative matters.Examples of Key ActivitiesEnsure the DB mailboxes are monitored throughout the dayIdentify emails needing action and forward these on in a timely mannerComplete filing of emails in line with processes and protocolsMaintain our member calculations log to ensure we complete activities and respond within agreed SLA’sBe watchful and escalate complaints and vulnerable customers identifiedKeep a record of all new complaints on the complaint log and the complaints registerUpdate our Scheme Activity log and DB Calendar for new business dealsArrange and book Benefit Specification meetings for all new business securedSupport our TPA Relationship Manager with items that we need to review or gather for our TPA administrations areaSupport the payroll functions and prepare data to support the monthly calculations as requiredGather data sets as needed through TPA downloads or directly from clientsSupport team in gathering data for audit and monitoring activities as requiredLoad the monthly payment files to our sharepoint site for our Finance teamEngage in process reviews and other improvement initiativesSkills and ExperienceAbility to manage own workloads and prioritise a number of different tasks based on business volumes and prioritiesA good team worker, with effective communicate skills, highlighting tasks at risk of failing SLA’sGood organisational and planning skillsCustomer service focusedGood numeracy with attention to detailFlexible approach: ability to work as part of a team in a fast moving environmentBasic Microsoft office skills preferably Excel, Outlook, WordExperienceExperience of providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customersCompany BenefitsA Competitive Salary, Pension Scheme and Life AssuranceAlong with 25 Days Annual Leave plus an Additional Day on us for your BirthdayPrivate Medical Cover and Income Protection, just in caseA generous and highly achievable bonus scheme – paid annually based on individual and company performance against targetsOpportunity to progress within your career both in-role and within the companyFREE access to the Headspace App, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Helpline and Trained Physical & Mental Health First Aiders (On-Site)A variety of Employee Funded Benefits available to you via our Online Benefits PortalPlus, several additional purchase options available for you and your loved onesWhy Just?At Just you’ll have the opportunity to develop your career, whilst making a difference to the lives of those around you.
