- Collaborate with the Team Lead, Commercial Lead and Creative Services to thoroughly understand project scope, requirements and timelines.
- Develop project schedules and task briefs across creative and content services.
- Identify and secure the appropriate resources for each project phase and work with the Producer or Project Lead to ensure the right team are allocated to the project.
- Coordinate with the Studio Manager and internal teams to confirm and track resource allocation.
- Monitor workloads and flag any resourcing conflicts or constraints to the Producer.
- Help maintain clear documentation on resource plans using our project tools.
- Manage specific project tasks either in owned projects or delegated by the Producer, ensuring delivery against agreed deadlines.
- Create and manage timelines to keep client practice and wider Content Service teams on track.
- Coordinate with freelancers and external vendors under guidance, including briefing and budget tracking.
- Ensure clear communication across stakeholders during the production lifecycle.
- Follow all best practice delivery processes and workflows defined by the operations team.
- Conduct internal quality checks on content deliverables and support the external proofreading process.
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations before final submission.
- Follow established best practices and workflows for delivery.
- Maintain accurate project data and task status in our project management platform (Mavenlink).
- Collaborate on opportunities to improve process efficiency and workflow execution.
- Project Management: Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals successfully.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and knowledgeable about creative production processes.
- Time Management: Expert in prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Skilled in budgeting and managing financial constraints.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing solutions efficiently.
- Industry Experience: Solid experience a similar role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- Portfolio of Work: Proven Experience assisting in the coordination of creative or content-led projects.
- Client Management: Experienced in working directly with clients on the delivery of projects and programs.
- Desirable expertise includes all aspects of creative production, including brand development, digital media production, web development, print materials, and large-scale creative projects.
- Experience managing internal resource, managing freelance onboarding, and ensuring the smooth running of internal team operations.
- Experience driving operational efficiency and enhancing internal processes
