  • Directing incoming equipment and vehicles to correct loading/parking bays.
  • Liaising with warehouse and planning personnel to ensure correct equipment is positioned on bays, ensuring a flow is maintained, informing the transport supervisor when equipment shortage will affect loading.
  • Ensuring trailers are legally compliant, positioning equipment on and off bays as required to ensure the yard is in a safe and organised condition.
  • Follow correct VOR process, liaising with the transport supervisor.
  • Assisting with any yard/trailer related queries.
  • Follow site and business Health and Safety systems of work.
  • Carry out additional operational duties as required.
