Your key responsibilities will include:
  • 🔒 Prioritising safety at all times
  • 🔧 Setting and exchanging press tooling with precision
  • ✅ Performing quality checks and ensuring first-off specifications
  • 🧼 Keeping your work area clean and organised
  • 📋 Logging work accurately using Rhombus
  • 🤝 Supporting your team and maintaining high hygiene standards
  • 📦 Ensuring materials are ready for uninterrupted production
  • 🛠️ Learning to operate the universal grinding machine
  • 💬 Collaborating respectfully and upholding company values
🎯 What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is:
  • A confident communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Experienced in manual press setting (Bruderer, Invernizzi, Hydraulic Presses)
  • Familiar with PUWER and LOLER regulations
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Knowledgeable about press tooling and materials
