We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner/Case ManagerThis to cover a 16 month FTC/secondmentWe cover the Great Yarmouth and Waveney areaWe are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about improving services for those experiencing a first episode of psychosis aged 14-65. This is a substantive opportunity to become a part of a highly skilled and experienced team delivering interventions to those people experiencing a first episode onset of psychosis.Previous experience of working with Psychosis in Early Intervention teams would be advantageous but is not essential.You will be work alongside a dedicated group of clinicians who hold the service user, family, carers and social recovery at the centre of all that they do whilst being guided by National Standards to deliver timely and evidenced based interventions.A core qualification is required, you might be a nurse, social worker or occupational therapist.Phone calls, teams calls or visits to meet the team and manager are welcomed and encouraged.Main duties of the jobYou will be responsible for the care coordination of a caseload of people, working alongside the current MDT to deliver NICE concordant care.NSFT is committed to lifelong learning and continuous professional development (CPD) for its entire staff.
