Are you a Health and Safety professional ready to step into a role with a thriving consultancy?An award-winning business support provider is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join their Manchester-based advisory team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of health and safety guidance, working directly with a wide variety of UK businesses to ensure legal compliance and promote safe working environments.Key Responsibilities for the Health and Safety Advisor will include:
- To provide health and safety advice to clients across a range of sectors, including specialist areas
- To deliver clear, practical advice through phone and email, assist clients with online systems, and make proactive service calls to enhance their safety performance
- To liaise with external enforcement agencies on behalf of clients, when approved and requested by senior management, and contribute to technical resources and guidance materials
- A NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant IOSH membership
- Proven experience in a health and safety role
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a range of clients
