- Ensure full and timely progression of customer quotations.
- Assist the sales team with technical clarifications and appraisals.
- Co-ordinate orders efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and develop strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with the quality management system.
- Handle all sales transactions in a professional manner.
- Accurately maintain all records and files.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Organised, self-motivated, and customer-centric attitude.
- Knowledge of electrical bulk materials or experience in a similar technical role.
- Supply chain experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector, is advantageous.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
- Able to work collaboratively in a small team and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
