We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our clients team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records, employee payroll, business transactions etc.This role is part of a growing company and will require previous experience of working in accountancy within a factory environment, preferably food manufacturing. You will need to be proficient with Xero, Netsuite and other packages.Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Manage the day to day financial operations
- Inputting transaction onto the system
- Reconciliations
- Dealing with HMRC - VAT returns etc
- Preparing accounts
- Managing Day to Day factory requests/spending
- Previous experience in an accountancy role within food manufacturing
- Qualified ACA/ACCA
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience and confidence in using Xero, Netsuite, Microsoft packages, Sage
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- £35,000-£43,000 dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday 0800-1600
- On site based
