  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules, including statutory tasks
  • Complete general reactive and lifecycle maintenance tasks across the site
  • Undertake fabric maintenance including painting, patch repairs, fixing holes in walls, and basic joinery
  • Conduct minor plumbing works such as basic toilet repairs and drainage maintenance
  • Perform small-scale external works including paving repairs and reinstatement
  • Carry out water hygiene tasks such as flushing and temperature readings
  • Work independently or within a team to complete tasks safely and efficiently
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Experience working in FM or building services within a corporate office or similar environment preferred
  • Previous experience in a Fabric Technician, Handyperson, or Caretaker role
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
