This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting and build a strong foundation for a future career in education, clinical psychology, or child development.Psychology Graduate Roles: * Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language)
  • Working one-to-one and in small groups under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teacher
  • Helping implement individual learning plans (EHCPs)
  • Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Promoting inclusion and a positive learning environment
Psychology Graduate Requirements: * Degree in Psychology (or related field)
  • Genuine interest in child development, mental health, or education
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive
  • Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
  • Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers encouraged to apply

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.SEN Teaching Assistant Roles: * Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning needs.
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.
  • Support students in developing social and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements: * Experience working with children with SEN (either in school, care, or a similar setting).
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • An Enhanced DBS desirable but not essential.
