
Maintenance Engineer

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Assist in daily machining and manufacturing operations.
- Respond to maintenance needs, breakdowns, and projects.
- Collaborate with various departments and present findings effectively.
- Conduct effective fault-finding and maintenance on critical equipment.
- Supervise subcontractor activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance tasks and procedures.
- You will be working a rotating 3 shift pattern. 42hrs per week broken into 1x 10 hr and 4x 8 hr shifts. 6am – 2pm (Tuesdays 4pm finish) 2pm – 10pm (Wednesday 12pm start)10pm – 6am (Sundays 8pm start)
- Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in maintenance and repairs.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS (e.g., Shire/Maximo) is preferred.
- Apprenticeship trained with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in IT and able to work independently.
- Experience of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, PLC would be beneficial.
