- Promote and ensure safe working practices, complying with HSE legislation and company requirements.
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities.
- Monitor progress, costs, and quality, ensuring works are delivered snag-free.
- Manage plant, equipment, and materials effectively.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third parties as required.
- Lead, motivate, and support site teams.
- Strong background in civil engineering, with experience across infrastructure, drainage, highways, public realm, or structures.
- Proven supervisory and people management skills, including working with subcontractors.
- CSCS Supervisor card and SMSTS qualification.
- EUSR (Water Passport), NRSWA & First Aid
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Additional qualifications such as Lift Supervisor are desirable.
- Service Avoidance advantage but Training will be given Confined space advantage but Training will be given Temporary works supervisor Advantage but Training will be given
