If you answered yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are currently recruiting for a Groundsman and Gardener to join our client based in Newbury. As a Groundsman and Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of various outdoor spaces for our clients.Pay:
  • £27,000 per annum
Shift:
  • 09:00am to 17:00pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain lawns, flower beds, and other landscaping features by watering, pruning, and weeding.
  • Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
  • Use your knowledge of horticulture to identify and address any issues that may arise in outdoor spaces.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence
  • A passion for gardening and maintaining outdoor spaces.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture and gardening techniques.
  • Ability to operate and maintain gardening equipment.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address any issues that may arise.
