- Lead brand activation plans with B2B partners and charitable organisations, ensuring mutual value and visibility.
- Develop co-branded content, event activations, and joint communications that reflect shared values and strategic goals.
- Act as the brand guardian across all partnership activity, ensuring tone, messaging, and visual identity are upheld.
- Manage partner relationships, serving as the key marketing contact and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across the full marketing mix, including digital, social, PR, and experiential.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, digital, comms, creative) and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to brief.
- Define campaign goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and use insights to optimise future activity.
- Ensure brand campaigns support broader business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels and teams.
- Develop brand assets and toolkits for use across the firm and by external partners.
- Use audience insights and market research to inform brand positioning and creative direction.
- Support the Head of Marketing in shaping long-term brand strategy and activation plans.
- Proven experience in brand management, ideally within B2B, charity, or professional services sectors.
- Strong understanding of brand activation, campaign delivery, and partnership marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Confident briefing and managing creative teams and external agencies.
- Skilled in using data and insights to guide strategy and measure impact.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
