
Part Time Receptionist and Administrator

- Working Thursday and Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

- Taking calls from new and existing customers and taking messages if required
- Preparing meeting rooms for client meetings when required
- Greeting visitors to the office and keeping the reception area presentable, including providing tea and coffee and maintaining supplies.
- Ordering and maintaining stationary supplies including those needed for photocopiers, printers, fax, and franking machines
- Opening and dealing with daily post and distributing to staff accordingly, similarly, collating and delivering post at the end of the day to the post office
- Taking deliveries and enabling collections of special delivery items
- Office filing where required across various departments
- Typing including dictation for various members of staff and distributing these as appropriate, as well as ad hoc photocopying as and when required.
- Effective communication and people skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Reliable, with Excellent time management
- Organised and able to multi-task with a keen eye for detail
- Acting in a professional, friendly, and calm manner even under pressure
- Proficient use of IT applications is essential e.g. Microsoft Office suit
- The ability to audio type
- Ability to work as part of a team, be flexible and co-operative, whilst also taking own initiative
- Strong administration skills
- Educated to a good GCSE standard or above
- Previous experience desirable, but not essential
